Paolo is one of the founding partners of the firm.

He obtained a law degree from the University of Milan.

He is in charge of legal disputes, before national courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union, and provides out-of-court assistance, drawing up opinions and agreements concerning intellectual property and, specifically, on trade marks, patents, designs and unfair competition, also on the Internet.

He has acquired extensive experience in the domestic and international arena in the protection of designations of origin, geographical indications and collective trade marks, and has been assisting for many years  leading Italian consortia.

Languages: Italian, French and English.

Associations: AIPPI (International Association for Protection of industrial Property), ECTA (European Communities Trade mark Association), LIDC (International League of Competition Law) and the Public Relations Committee of INTA (International Trademark Association).
