Andrea is one of the founding partners of the firm.

After obtaining a law degree from the University of Milan, where he became Assistant Lecturer at the Faculty of Law (Department of Civil Law), he obtained a master’s degree in corporate law from Luigi Bocconi University.

Andrea focuses on intellectual property law and, specifically, on issues relating to the protection of trade marks, patents and designs and unfair competition, assisting clients in and out-of-court.

He also has extensive experience in drawing up agreements for the use and assignment of intellectual property rights, as well as, more in general, agreements in the area of commercial law.
