Giovanni has worked with the firm since 2006, after graduating magna cum laude with a law degree from Luigi Bocconi University of Milan.

In the firm, he works in all areas of industrial and intellectual property, with specific focus on the protection of trade marks, patents and designs as well as unfair competition. He has acquired significant experience in civil disputes, representing clients before the Specialised Sections on Corporate Law at the Italian Courts and also before the General Court of the European Union on numerous occasions.

He specialises in drawing up development, licence and assignment of property rights agreements and assists the firm’s clients also on copyright issues.
