Paolo has been a partner of the firm since 2007.

After obtaining a law degree from the University of Milan, he has attended the CLE program at George Washington University School of Law.

Paolo handles out-of-court consulting and legal assistance in the area of intellectual property rights and specialises in drawing up and negotiating licence and know-how and technology transfer agreements, as well as IT product or service contracts.

He has extensive knowledge of the evolution of industrial and intellectual property rights in the area of new technology, providing assistance to clients to combat always new types of breaches, from domain grabbing to the most recent forms of counterfeiting distinctive signs on the internet.
